My life consisted of exercising four to five times a day, taking various types of diet pills, exercising excessively, bingeing and purging. My obsession with wanting to be “skinny” almost took my life. It took years for me to finally say to myself that I am, “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made.”
This obsession of being “skinny” has haunted women for years and causes us to take drastic measures to reach our goals. Over the years, I have changed my mindset from negative dieting and using unnatural habits to heal ailments, to a positive natural healing lifestyle change. My prayer is that this book will allow women, or anyone else who is struggling with a negative body image, to adapt to positive lifestyle changes, consider natural healing methods, and implement positive thinking into their lives, after all you too are, “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made.”

About she’s Steamy
She’s Steamy was born out the need to have natural organic body products that were not only good smelling, but also good for the skin. Having allergies and sensitive skin made it hard to find body products that worked well with my skin and body chemistry. After spending countless amounts of time and money on skin care products that did not work for my skin, I decided to create my own products. My skin needed ingredients that were natural and that did not contain harsh chemical-based products such as unnatural dyes, alcohol-based scents, and low-grade oils. She’s Steamy is based off of the premise that if you can’t eat it than it should not go onto the skin. Remember what goes on the skin also goes into the skin. The skin is like a large sponge that soaks up everything that is put on it, rubbed into it, and absorbed through it. She’s Steamy is for all skin types. The ingredients include raw unrefined Shea Butter, natural essential and natural oils, food grade coloring, herbs, and other organic materials.
